There is a plus and minus button at the top right of everyone else's posts (you can't see your own). By clicking the plus button you give the person one reputation point, and by clicking the minus button you subtract one point. Once you vote, you can't vote again for 3600 seconds (1 hour), and you have a maximum of 18 votes per day. Your reputation is displayed next to all your posts and in your profile, and the number of points ...
